1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using currencyconversion.org ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is offered to users worldwide; local laws may impose additional requirements that you are responsible for understanding.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides exchange-rate information, currency-conversion calculators, embedded charts, and related explanatory content. It is informational. It does not execute transactions, hold funds, quote dealable prices, or act as a regulated financial intermediary.
3. Exchange rate information
All exchange rates and currency data on the Service are for informational purposes only:
- Rate data is obtained from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.
- Reference rates do not reflect spreads or fees applied by banks, brokers, or money-transfer services.
- The actual rate available for a real-world transaction will normally differ from the rate displayed.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any figure.
4. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Decisions about transferring money, holding foreign currency, or trading FX should be made with input from a qualified professional who can consider your individual situation. 5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use automated systems, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service at a rate that imposes an unreasonable load.
- Attempt to bypass technical limits, security measures, or rate-limiting controls.
- Republish substantial portions of the Service's content without permission.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or interferes with other users.
6. Intellectual property
The original text, layout, code, and visual design of the Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Underlying rate data is provided by third-party API operators under their own licences and is not our intellectual property to relicense.
7. Third-party services and links
The Service depends on and links to third-party services, including but not limited to a public currency-rate API (delivered via jsDelivr CDN with a Cloudflare Pages fallback), TradingView for chart widgets, Google Analytics for traffic measurement, and Google AdSense for advertising. We do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Their terms apply when you interact with them.
8. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising. Ads may be served by Google AdSense and its certified partners and may use cookies to measure or personalise the ads shown. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details and opt-out information.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, currencyconversion.org and the people who operate it are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use of, or inability to use, the Service.
- Reliance on any rate, calculation, chart, or article published on the Service.
- Errors, omissions, delays, or outages in third-party data feeds and embedded widgets.
- Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on Service content.
11. Changes to the Service
We may add, remove, or change features, currency pairs, or content at any time without notice. We may also discontinue the Service in whole or in part.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who breach these Terms or attempt to abuse the Service. The disclaimers and limitations in sections 9 and 10 survive termination.
14. Governing law
